1. Nature of service. This website (kgtraders.in) provides an estimate-preparation service only. It is not an online store and collects no online payments.

2. Estimates. A submitted estimate is a price quotation, not an order confirmation. A licensed distributor will contact you within the validity period stated on the estimate (7 days).

3. Prices & stock. Prices and availability may change without notice. Final pricing is confirmed at order confirmation.

4. Legal compliance. All sales are completed offline through licensed distributors in compliance with explosive rules and applicable laws. Buyers are responsible for following their local regulations.

5. Limitation of liability. KG Traders is not liable for damages arising from the use of fireworks. Always follow safety guidelines.
